Cafe Sunflower Allergen Statement

Cafe Sunflower uses the following ingredients in some of our dishes and beverages: peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat, and dairy (Buckhead location only).

We take food sensitivities and allergies very seriously, and great care is taken to keep allergy-causing food separate from food that does not or rarely causes allergies. However, normal kitchen operations may involve some shared cooking and preparation areas, equipment and utensils, and the possibility exists for your food items to come in contact with other food products, including other allergens.

Despite our best efforts, please be aware that parts of your order may come in contact with allergens. Neither Cafe Sunflower nor our employees assume any responsibility for a person’s sensitivity or allergy to any food item provided in our restaurants.

Our staff is routinely kept aware of the ingredients in our menu items. However, due to the individualized nature of food allergies and food sensitivities, customers’ physicians are best positioned to make recommendations for customers with food allergies and special dietary needs.

To learn more about food allergies, The Food Allergy Research and Education website at www.foodallergy.org is an excellent resource.
