Heating Instructions

Thanksgiving Meal

Conventional Oven:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°.
  2. Take out your dinner from the refrigerator. Pour the cranberry sauce in a condiment dish. Set aside. 
  3. Place the mushroom gravy into a small saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil. Turn the heat off but keep the lid covered until ready to serve.
  4. Place the mashed potatoes, stuffing, green beans, and soy turkey in an ovenproof casserole dish, single-layered. Cover and bake for 20 – 25 minutes.
  5. Remove the casserole dish from the oven carefully. Uncover and serve the dinner with gravy and cranberry sauce.

Microwave Oven:

  1. Take out your dinner from the refrigerator. Pour the cranberry sauce into a condiment dish. Set aside.
  2. Place the mashed potatoes, stuffing, green beans, and soy turkey in a microwave-appropriate dish or platter with a cover, arranging all items evenly on the platter. 
  3. Heat the dinner on high for 6 minutes. Remove from the microwave and check to see if additional 4 – 6 minutes of heating is needed, as all microwave ovens are different.
  4. Pour the mushroom gravy into a sauce dish, cover and heat in the microwave oven for 30 seconds. Stir and see if steam comes up from the sauce. If not, heat additional 15 seconds.
  5. Serve the dinner with gravy and cranberry sauce.

 

Roasted Soy Turkey

Conventional Oven:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°.
  2. Pour the cranberry sauce into a condiment dish. Set aside. 
  3. Place the mushroom gravy into a small saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil. Turn the heat off but keep the lid covered until ready to serve.
  4. Place the soy turkey in an ovenproof casserole dish, single-layered. Cover and bake for 20 – 25 minutes.
  5. Remove the casserole dish from the oven carefully. Uncover and serve the dinner with gravy and cranberry sauce.

Microwave Oven:

  1. Pour the cranberry sauce into a condiment dish. Set aside.
  2. Place the soy turkey in a microwave-appropriate dish or platter with a cover, arranging all items evenly on the platter. 
  3. Heat the turkey on high for 3 minutes. Remove from the microwave and check to see if additional 2 – 3 minutes of heating is needed, as all microwave ovens are different.
  4. Pour the mushroom gravy into a sauce dish, cover, and heat in the microwave oven for 30 seconds. Stir and see if steam comes up from the sauce. If not, heat additional 15 seconds.
  5. Serve the turkey with gravy and cranberry sauce.
